Isn't it funny that all that talking that Freddie did about the Patriots secondary and Rodney Harrison in particular... Harrison ended up with more catches than Freddie (2 INT's to 1 catch).

There isn't a bigger loud mouth in sports than Freddie Mitchell. I can't believe it either. This guy is probably one of the worst wide receivers in the league and he talks like he's Terrell Owens or Randy Moss. At least Owens and Moss can back up what they say....

This loser caught 22 passes in the regular season! 22!!!!! For 377 yards and 2 TD's. He had 9 games this year in the regular season of catching 1 or 0 balls. Where does all of this bragging come from? It's like having to listen to Tim Couch say he's the best QB to ever play the game and have him believe it wholeheartedly!

I think he's the first player that I have actually ever hated. I mean last night I rooted for him not to catch balls. I cringed everytime I saw an Eagle catching the ball hoping it was not Mitchell.

Maybe I'm the only person to think he's the biggest moron around, but I had to vent a little...

Well you aren't the first. I second your whole opinion. Freddy had one good game all year and then he thinks is the is Sh*T so he talks smack. Then Harrison and NE own him :-b

I'm right there with you. The whole game I was watching Freddie Mitchell, waiting for his sorry butt to catch a pass. How funny, all of his smack talking and all he ends up with is one lousy catch and one dropped pass. What a chump. The "People's Champion?" Are you kidding me? More like the "People's Chumpion." Rodney Harrison had more catches than Freddie Mitchell. That's a laugh. Here's to you, Freddie! Way to show up! A defensive back had more catches than you. A man hobbling on a broken leg had more catches than you. Greg Lewis had more catches than you. Fred Barnett probably could have had more catches than you...Damn, everyone had more catches than you! <sigh>

Ok, I'm done venting... :-b

1 catch!

The funny thing was he really looked like he wanted to celebrate his catch but restrained himself after realizing it was the 4th quarter and that was his first catch. :-b

All my Eagles friends have officially turned on him. They want him GONE.

After his only catch, you're right terp, it looked like he wanted to put on his belt and mark first down. One of my Eagles buddies just said "Just get back to the fuckin line already!"

I'm thinking FredEx will be coming up small as a #2-3 receiver somewhere far, far away from Philly next season.

Actually, I thought I caught him start to nod his head like had done something. He proceeded to walk to the line with under 3 minutes left with the clock ticking. He also was the last to get his WR spot with the clock ticking with about 25 seconds to go after Westbrook caught that meaningless. I despise this man. He is a joke, hopefully his time in the NFL is nearing an end.

I liked when the sideline reporter caught a fan yelling at him. "Hey Freddie, catch something!!!". Mitchell then motioned that "he was trying".

Thank heavens the Eagles lost and TO and FredEx were kept out the endzone. Westbrook, I don't mind. He spikes the ball and then goes about his business.

A linebacker got his flap on :-b ;-D

He's probably done here, I really don't care, I think Greg Lewis can play and play well as a 3rd wr.
