As you may have noticed our Super Bowl ad only appeared during the scheduled first quarter spot. It was scheduled to run also in the second ad position during the final two minute warning. Our ad never ran a second time. Instead, in its place, we saw an advertisement promoting "The Simpsons."

The NFL persuaded FOX to pull our ad. We immediately contacted Fox to find out what happened. Here's what we were told: After our first ad was aired, the NFL became upset and they, together with Fox, decided to pull the ad from running a second time. Because we purchased two spots, we were also entitled to a "Brought to you by GoDaddy.com" 5 second marquis spot. They also chose to pull the marquis spot.

Damn the Man.

Aww at least we got to see it here at the cafe im not suprised though it is a bit racy espically for the younger ones.

maybe a little... and they're trying to avoid contraversy ever since Janet...

It was the best commercial. Anybody else think they should've shown the the cheerleaders more?

I'm surprised they even aired it the first time, since everyone is so conservative after the Janet incident. I mean, they chose Paul McCartney for the halftime show, god d@mmit (nothing against paul)! I personally didn't have anything against the commercial ;-)

I agree that theres a ton of worse stuff on TV that really shouldnt be. I can see where they were coming from, as they dont want to be known to be a little dirty since last years fiasco. It really wasnt that bad, the pull was not needed IMO. It sure got some men goin to their site ;-)
