I've got a bad feeling the Losman is going to be one of those flops we see so often out of highly touted guys. I still like McGahee but I think this could be good news as I can probably grab him a few spots lower than before. I look at it this way, suckass QBs haven't stopped LT and Jamal from excelling.
And while the "proven RB" quacks will say I can't compare McGahee to LT and Jamal, it's clear to me that the guy is one of those rare exceptional talents who will excel for his team, like LT and Jamal, despite the potential ineptness around him.

Why are you so convinced that J.P. Losman will be more Eli Manning and less Ben Roethlisberger?
If anything, this raises my rankings of Willis McGahee from late first round to middle first round. Anything is better than the immovable, statuesque Drew Bledsoe at QB.

I think this is good news for me.I had McGahee last season, loved what he did for me,and I won't touch him this year. Not that he will be horrible, just that I don't think he was going to be a top 5 back and therefore not worth the pick I would have to spend on him.Now some other dunderhead will draft him too early, thus forcing me to make a much wiser pick.JP Losman just made that choice easier to make.
I like McGahee too much to drop him in my rankings just yet, assuming Losman is the starter. I'll give Losman some time in pre-season to show me that he's not totally inept at this point in his career.
It sucks to see Bledsoe's stock drop so suddenly. Going from a $100 million QB to a nobody... I remember goin' to a lot of his games at WSU and cheerin' him on with the Pats (and booin' the hell out of Brady for "stealing" his job)... eh, as long as he's playin' somewhere, that's all I need.

This affects McGahee, but not enough in my opinion to take him out of the top 5 running backs in the league. Maybe my rotting J.P. Losman rookie card will finally get some value...
Wow... Bleedso to play with the tuna. I just don't think he's the answer. I know I'm going to hear a lot of crap for this, but in my book, he is overated.

This may actually be good news for willis because if you think about it this move gaurantees him30+ carries every game maybe 35+ and most leagues dont count YPC its just yards and with Losman under center he will run it at the goalline
