Yeah, Oakland is the team that went out and signed Sapp, Collins, and Ted Washington. This is a team that could add Drew Bledsoe to add youth to the team, so Jordan is really quite a young guy to them. I mean they probably have players old enough to have played football with Lamont's father.

Oakland Raiders = NFL's retirement home.
I know that Oakland has a fetish for guys 30+, but I was just trying to make a point that teams are interested in him and that he is a young player with potential.

I understood, I just felt like like making fun of the Raiders
There's not much reason to doubt Jordan. He's only been a bench player for a few years because of a guy named Curtis Martin. If he had played for another team (or if he sticks with the Jets for 2 more years) he would be the #1 guy.
He has played great with the amount of playing time he has been given, so the only question mark would be: Does he have the endurance to play hard for a whole NFL game? I don't see why he wouldn't.
He should be a solid player next year if he gets a chance to be someone's feature back. I wouldn't put him in the same category as the other top Free Agent RBs who have been proven starters, but I wouldn't deny his talent and value either. If I were an NFL GM who needed a RB, I would be seriously looking at Jordan.
RIDERS OF THE STORM QB Vick RB Adrian Peterson, Matt Forte, Lesean McCoy WR Brandon Marshall, Kenny Britt TE ? DEF Flavor of the Week K ?
If he signs somewhere other than new york, then yes he will have the opportunity to compete for the job.

You've already made your point that he hasn't been a starter. And we all realize that anyway. So what else can you bag on him about other than being stuck behind a hall of fame back and 26 years old?
