Cowart to be released or traded

Cowart is a good MLB, I'm sorry to see him go. He had injury problems last year, which opened the door for Vilma. He'd be a good pick-up for the Vikes though.

I had completely forgotten about Cowart with the emergence of Vilma. I think he could make a real difference if he goes to the right team.
