I agree. The only reason Holmes would not get drafted in the top 5 next year is because something comes out that the majority of FF owners really fear and injury NOT that he won't be ultra productive when he plays.

I'm really surprised at how people have forgotten Jamal Lewis. The guy only played in 12 games last year and still had 1,000 yards and 7 scores. If the Ravens can grab a veteran receiver, he won't have teams stacking up on him so much, especially with Boller coming around at the end of the year. I have him ranked as my No. 6 back.

Outside of LT, this might be the most muddled RB year as far as ranking and predictions I've ever seen.

I'll wait and see what FA and the draft turns up before I start making rank lists. Might just compound issues even more.

good man...i have been holding my tongue due to be called a homer. you forgot to mention the legal problems that plagued him this year also...with that out of the way.....

I also have Jamal ranked high and primed for a bounce-back season. Even if the Ravens don't make a free agency splash at wideout, I think he'll still be a strong 1,500 yard 13 touchdown canidate.

MeShawn I'm confused on if all of those are in your second tier or what, so I will put my first 4 RB tiers for 2005. These are just some quick rankings, I might forget a player or two. And yes this is for a redraft league.

Sorry for the confusion guys. I meant to say that Priest would be considered the #5 RB, and therefore not be in the 2nd tier. But maybe that's just me. Then the next 15 or so RB's are all in a mess, so that's what I consider the 2nd tier. Sorry for the confusion (Priest is excluded).
