I knew I remembered this, seems that he likes to choke kids.

According to the NYTimes, Marvin Harrison supposedly had his hands around a ball boys neck before the INDY-JETS game.
AST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Jan. 4 — The Jets are looking into a pregame incident involving a Jets ball boy and Colts receiver Marvin Harrison today. Harrison was catching passes from Peyton Manning before warm-ups. Nearby, Jets punter Matt Turk was practicing and the ball boy, Matt Prior, was retrieving balls for him.

Harrison apparently became upset that the punts were sailing near him and Manning, and he confronted Prior, knocking him to the ground, according to Marty Lyons, a former Jet. Lyons, an analyst on the Jets' radio broadcast, reported that Harrison put his hands on Prior's neck before security guards ended the confrontation. The Jets confirmed that there was physical contact between Harrison and Prior and said that the league was aware of the incident.

hmm well maybe he has a history but i cant see how the kids are the only ones saying anything about this considering the incident involved a Pro Bowl athlete during Pro Bowl Week in the middle of a crowded shopping area in front of a super trendy store. Where was the mom or security or employees of Louis Vuitton or any of the other shoppers? i know all the details havent been released but youd think the article would mention a witness if there were any.

I also find it a bit strange that neither ESPN.com nor NFL.com have anything about this on either of their Web sites. Something fishy is going on here...

When i first saw the headline. I was thinking no way sub-6-foot Marvin could assault any Huge -Hawaiian local. Go figure they were picking on teenagers. Makes more sense. But these kids are just trying to make a buck and some headlines. What a load of crap.

More on this...

Suit Planned Against Player over Pro Bowl Week Incident

NFL wide receiver Marvin Harrison is being investigated by Honolulu police. He's expected to be named in a lawsuit for his alleged involvement in a scuffle in Waikiki.

The incident reportedly happened 3 days before the Pro Bowl and sent a 15-year-old boy to the hospital.

Harrison was reportedly asked for autographs by four teen-aged boys at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Two other men told the boys to leave Harrison alone.

According the boy's mothers, one of the men punched a 15-year-old in the jaw.

Harrison reportedly grabbed another boy by the neck.

The 15-year-old was taken to the hospital for injuries to his mouth.

The family's attorney says a civil lawsuit will be filed next week against Harrison and the other two.

"There is a video that shows this is the Hilton video, it's kind of blurry, but there are witnesses that know Marvin Harrison was involved," said plaintiff's attorney Michael Green.

Green says he does not know whether Harrison has a working or personal relationship with the other two men. The Colts would not comment on the incident.

Harrison did give a statement to police, but no charges have been filed.

youd think if there were witnesses and a video the cops would have arrested harrison. anyone else notice how fast they filed a lawsuit? youd think theyd at least let the cops try to arrest harrison first
