Henry is obviously better because Bennett has to prove he can stay healthy. But if Bennett returns to his old form, we all might be pleasantly surprised.

I don't think you can call Henry the model of healthiness either.

That's true. At least he has shown he can play through an injury, while I haven't seen any of that out of Bennett.

I don't think Henry would be a good fit in the Cards offense at all. At least Bennett would be somewhat familiar with the style offense that they would be playing and IMO, his pass catching skills are better than Henry's which is an integral part of what I'm sure Green wants to implement in the desert.

Probably no better than a second round pick, but I'll take that ;-D

Vikings should do this trade. They have two very capable backs in Onterrio Smith and Mewelde Moore.

Bennett is fairly underrated, if he can stay injury-free his speed and elusiveness can make him a sucessful starting RB in Zona. Nice deal for Minny, they can afford ot let one of their RBs go.

watch out for the cards in the nfc west next year if this goes down. Add Alex Smith and thats a solid offense.

I was curious if this was going to happen. Well actually it was pretty obvious, but the curiousity was, who? And I'm pretty surprised to see Bennett go, but not totally. He's the best RB the Vikes can use to get more and better of the things they want.

Trading Bennett will benifit the Vikings more than the Cards. The only thing Bennett has shown me is he's good at riding the pine tar about half of every season. Shipp is a lock for the starting job in Zona' and, either Henry or Bennett are third down back at best there. The Vikings should make this trade while someone still thinks there is a possiblity Bennett could stay healthy for an entire season.
