From what it sounds like, Hass has agreed to the deal. Between Porter's signing and now this, nothing is really that suprising to me anymore. I guess Shaun might be staying put after all!

I read that Alexander might hold out and possibly even try to force a trade if he is franchised.

Mark Clayton would actually be the perfect fit in Seattle IMO. Don't be calling him a weasel or he might lose his confidence and start dropping balls like all the other Seattle WR's.

Looks like even though Shaun is tagged, he has been given permission to seek a trade. Will anyone give up two first round picks for him? Is he worth it? :-?

It is the non-exclusive tag that allows Alexander the chance to shop around for two first round draft choice,

He can shop all day but he won't get that. Seattle will have to accept a trade offer of a different kind for Alexander to go anywhere.

Good thing they base their decisions on what we need. ;-)

It would take two 1st round picks for another team to sign him outright, I expect for a single 1st round pick the Seahawks would trade his rights.

Have to be a high pick though like, say, #2 or #5... Who has those picks again?
