Bro, don't bother wasting your time. You'd enjoy just about anything more than the waste of space Doom ended up being. I'll put it to you this way, if you've never played the game, you might like it. If you ever played the game as a kid, you'll wonder why you wasted two hours of your life watching it. Very few nuances of the game itself were in the movie and those that were had very little to offer.
I still thought that The Rock was pretty awesome in it, though. 'Cause The 'Cuna smells what The Rock is cookin', jabroni.
Um... I watched Beauty and the Beast with my 'lil cousin the other day. Gaston's a jerk head.
'CUNA-MANIA IS RUNNING WILD! "You will be a king here, instead of a peasant at the Cafe."

Ever seen the original? I'm just wondering if there's any comparison.
I didn't know there was an original.
The original was released in 1979 and starred Carol Kane. Very scary flick! When it was originally released, the idea that the "stranger" was in the house was a major twist so I'm a bit amazed that they gave that away in the commercials for the newer version. It was scary as it was, but even more frightening when you found out the caller was in the house she was sitting. Here's a link to the original from the IMDB...

Exactly. How stupid of Hollywood to remake the movie and give away the freakin ending in the previews!! It would be a nice twist and scare for the younger/teen generation who haven't seen the original.
