Classic gore fest - John Carpenter's "The Thing"

Enough gore and graphicness to make it downright one of the creepiest movies I've ever seen.

That's what happens when you take a stage musical and try to portray it on another medium - corniness ensues. That said, I think they did a pretty good job staying true to the story/script/songs, etc. But seeing it on Broadway is way better.

When I was in New York for a few weeks, I saw Joey Fatone outside of the theater RENT was at. I think he was in the show for a bit.

...he was the only 'celebrity' I saw in New York. Kinda disappointing.

slap on the wrist. minus cool points. you recognized the fat one?

My sister pointed him out. It's not my fault, dammit!

I've only seen bits and pieces of ads for this movie...does it have anything to do with the old movie Running Scared with Gregory Hines and Billy Crsytal? That movie was pretty good...you know the one with the Michael McDonald song..... :-b I hate it when they come out with movies with the same names....
Doesn't it suck to get beat at Fantasy Football...by a girl?

DiG!

A sweet little doc about the Dandy Warhols & the Brian Jonestown Massacre. Watching Anton Newcombe's meltdown is well worth the price of admission. Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll.

7.5/10
