I watched Gosford Park this afternoon. Definitely a love it or hate it movie...and since I love murder mystery type movies, although this was one, I didn't like it. The plot wasn't really about that...and it dragged on way too long. Not my kind of movie I guess.

3/10. And who's dissing White Chicks...that movie was awesome. :-]

Rented and watched "Treasure Island" yesterday. Classic with Jackie Cooper.

Side note: Blockbuster doesn't carry it anymore. I had to go find it in the bin at the local library. Blockbuster carries "From Justin to Kelly" and "Good Burger" but not one of the all time classic pirate films. What a shame...

Well I just got done watching The Incredibles with the family and it was great. I hadn't seen it before and the animation was amazing.

There was a preview for Cars at the beginning of it that just looks great too. That comes out in June of 2006.

I give it 9/10. Loved it. Glad to see John Ratzenberger made his token appearance as well.

Was going through the shelves and saw it sitting there.

I am an S.O.B.(son of boss) of a retail store, so I understand the thought process of having something on the shelf that sells vs. what is considered a "classic". But to stop carrying "Treasure Island" to make room for (IMO) pop culture trash that will be forgotten, if not already, in a year or so is inexcusable.

Sorry folks. I will shut up now.

I'll be watching that sometime this week - it looks really good. Now that I'm on Spring Break for the next two weeks, hopefully I'll have a chance to check out some of the movies mentioned 'round here that I've missed out on!
