i thought it was pretty good until they turned it into a greenpeace/conservationist peice at the end. that kind of irked me for what is essentialy a kids movie.

Yeah I think they went about that segment wrong, I think alot of people saw it as a "Help the Penguins" advertisment thing at the end, when really it was nothing but part of the plot line, but they defintly could have went about it a different way.

Watched "The Da Vinci Code" over the Thanksgiving holiday - excellent movie. Followed the book almost exactly.

Following Thanksgiving tradition, I watched "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" this weekend. Man I love that movie.

yeah I saw it the theater when it came out and fell asleep. not because I was bored or uninterested but because I was drunk. :-b

I was awake for most of it but missed a big section near the end. I just rented it and plan on watching it again only this time no excessive drinking. ;-D

I saw The Fountain this afternoon. If you like fantasy stories of any sort, you should like this. I was waiting for Eragon to come out, but a friend told me about this movie and I actually ended up enjoying it.
