I've read that his accent is fairly accurate for what his character is suppose to have. Blood Diamond was a good movie though.
yeah, beanoX3 read right... it mighta just been the sound on your tv dgan (or maybe you just hate leo), his accent was fairly good throughout... there are a lot of movies where actors can't hold their accents (shift in and out, etc...) or have the wrong accent for the part. if you didn't no Leo's voice and closed your eyes, you'd know it was pretty well done

Re-Animator...never saw this before and yeah it was pretty cheesy but i love old horror/gore films and watch in amazement at some of the effects they were able to create that now are just done with CGI

just a quick question to those who have seen it. Is Pan's Labyrinth in subtitles? Will I have to read thru text the entire movie? I'm considering going to see it this weekend... any replies would be appreciated

I haven't seen it, but it is in Spanish with subtitles at the bottom. Some have said it's an interesting movie regardless, but if you're one who doesn't like to read movies like myself, I can't imagine you would enjoy it.

The wife and I watched "The Prestige" last night, with Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Scarlett Johannsen and Michael Caine. It was moderately interesting with a few intriguing twists and turns with an ending not quite predictable. All in all it wasn't bad, per se, but it's one I wouldn't have paid theater tickets prices to see.

Very interesting, I came in here to post comments about this exact movie. And you said exactly what I was going to say. I'd give it a 7.5/10 though mainly out of the overall plot and creative twists throughout.
As I was about 2/3 of the way through the movie, I really started disliking the way some characters were headed and how things unfolded. But by the time it was over I thought it was a decent movie all in all. I thought the ending was awesome. I usually see things coming in movies and this one got me which was awesome.
Still I was expecting to like it more based off of how cool the previews looked.
