I watched Across the Universe this past weekend and really dug it. I'm a big Beatles fan and some of the renditions they did were really good. I'll definitely be buying that one.
We Own the Night. I liked it and loved the soundtrack. My only peeve is that it seemed like the volume on the actors voices was way too low or like they were mumbling or something. We were constantly looking at each other and saying "what the hell did they just say?" and rewinding the movie.

A movie without the use of one Cell Phone. That is cool.
Yep, they needed to pull the turds out of their mouths before speaking.

Letters from Iwo Jima the other night, saw 'Flags' in theaters and have been wanting to see this, very good movie. It wouldn't have been half as good if I hadn't seen Flags though, which I suggest watching first. 8.5/10.

Live Free or Die Hard. I' watched the unrated version, I'm sure it was better than the theatrical release but I can't imagine by much. It was OK I guess, fun action "popcorn" flick but a little over the top. I wasn't expecting much and it was what it was. It took my mind of the crap morning I had and entertained me for a couple hours.

At the end, does he say "yippie kay yay, MFer" or is the F part censored out with a gunshot? The theatrical version was censored.

Yeah says it proper like and there's is actually quite a bit of cursing sprinkled throughout the movie.
