I thought it was an awesome movie, although the ending seemed abrupt to me. It was great and then all of a sudden Denzal was caught out of no where it seemed. Great flick though.
I also watched Boondock Saints again for the millionth time on St. Pattys day. Still an awesome movie and I recommend it to anyone.

It started off very weird and a bit difficult to follow and finally towards the end get the whole thing. I wasn't very impressed despite the cast.
3 / 10 - (stinker)
Yeah, I wasn't too impressed with that one either, despite hearing good reviews about it. Josh Hartnett really sucks.
Just saw I Am Legend. I thought it was a good movie but a lot of the things the main character (and others) did annoyed me.
**Possible Spoilers Below**
For example, Will Smith could set up some fairly complicated defenses for his house using explosives and flood lights, but he couldn't get a few UV lamps from tanning beds?
Conspiracy with Val Kilmer ... hope he got paid well... eek It has one of the worst gunfights I've ever seen in it too... man, what a waste... cheesefest. It's like Roadhouse done with your friends and a camcorder... If you can imagine... OK, not quite that bad... How they got Val Kilmer, Gary Cole, and Jennifer Esposito is beyond me...

It takes place during a memorial service for the father of a British family at a British country manor. As guests arrive all sorts of problems arise including a soon to be married into the family member high on some sort of acid/special K/mescaline cocktail...by accident...oh and he's meeting the family for the first time...awesome.
It''s from the same guy that did Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Frank Oz. You most likely wont recognize any of the actors, I've seen a couple of them in bit roles, but they all have their own little quirks that kept me cracking up. It was a little over the top at times and it ended sort of abruptly but I laughed pretty much the whole way through and really enjoyed it.
Watched the First Disc of The War: A Ken Burns Film. It's a 6 disc documentary about World War 2 and interviews of different people who had fought and hadn't fought in the war. It was really good! Planning on watching the 2nd one tomorrow.
Just watched Martian Child. John Cusack is the man, definitely one of the best actors working today. He's able to carry and make watchable what could've turned into a very cheesy Lifetime-type movie.

whoa, crazy movie about the fountain of youth. Deeply heartfelt and moving....Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz are great in their respective roles and the music is simply haunting. Good stuff

I agree and disagree. hehe. I think he's an OK actor with a shtick that works great for him. I LOVE him, I LOVE most of his movies, I own 10 of them. I don't think he has depth, or variety, or diversity, and I don't think he can transform into very different characters well at all. However, what he does and the roles he takes... are perfect for him. I love it. Definitely agree that he is the man and can make a cheesy type script into a workable, watchable movie. I don't think he's a great actor, but man that dude is one of my favorites.
side story: Raff and I know a girl that slept with him. I don't know if that's cool, gross, or brings him down a notch... she is slutty with big fake boobs... and not attractive... however 15 years ago she may have been. She has pics with him and stuff. I guess he was a man-whore at the time.
