Terminator... pretty much agree with what has already been said. Lots of awesome action, mediocre story. Still worth seeing in theatres because of the special effects, but don't expect a riveting storyline.

Star Trek...ok I grew up with the TV show, every afternoon after school. So taking us back to the "beginning" so to speak was really a treat. I thought they casted the movie extremely well and the plots, tie in with Capt Pike, the Academy cheating scandal etc...great movie! Loved it and can't wait for it to come out on Blue Ray!

9 of 10!

The Hangover

Pretty funny I must say. I wasn't expecting much based on the trailers but all my friends loved it so I gave it a shot. Definately worth watching, especially if you like off-beat, low brow humour.

Saw The Hangover. I kinda went in with the opposite thinking of portisfan; I had heard great reviews and assumed it would be awesome. It didn't blow me away, probably for that reason. Still, very funny and enjoyable, and worth seeing.

Went and saw The Hangover last night with the guys and I think that made the difference. We were rolling most of the movie, while I love my fiance and going on dates I just don't think I would have enjoyed it as much without being able to soak it in with the buddies. I loved it... some pretty classic moments. Not the best, but one of the best just pure comedies I've seen in a while.

I'd give it a solid 8 outta 10; on a side note the new Sacha Baran Cohen movie looks absolutely classic! :-D :-D

Just watched Bullworth for the first time on the tube. Quite a brilliant piece of work. New the premise of it years ago but this far exceeded even the rave reviews from the original release. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Year One

I had very low expectations (and no desire to see it in the first place), and this movie still managed to disappoint me. It had the crappy plotline of the average comedy, but it was missing most of the things I look for in a comedy, most notably the comedy, humor, and funny parts. I didn't at any point laugh during this movie. I managed a few chuckles, but mostly I was bored out of my mind.

Avoid this movie at all costs. Absolutely awful.
