We were rolling most of the movie, while I love my fiance and going on dates I just don't think I would have enjoyed it as much without being able to soak it in with the buddies. I loved it... some pretty classic moments. Not the best, but one of the best just pure comedies I've seen in a while.

I'd give it a solid 8 outta 10; on a side note the new Sacha Baran Cohen movie looks absolutely classic! :-D :-D

Same here, saw it with my friends and thought it was awesome. Best comedy IMO since Pineapple Express (that I can think of right now). And Bruno looks hilarious. That and Public Enemies are next on my list.

Denzel Washington didn't have that exciting a role even as the main character, Travolta was decent but a little over the top, and the plot really didn't have too many thrills. And the camera work was really weird; way too much movement, especially when they were just showing Washington just sitting in a chair, which is where he is most of the movie.

IMO, wait until DVD if you have a desire to see it.

tony scott=crazy camera work/cinematography (see de ja vu ,domino, man on fire, spy game and true romance for examples). i really enjoyed the movie but i do agree it felt like the writing for travolta's character went a little to far sometimes but otherwise i enjoyed it quite a bit. kinda on the same level as de ja vu .

Transformers 2 was amazing. Loved it... especially in my first ever IMAX experience. I'd recommend it to all my fellow action/big machine CGI fans. :-b

Public Enemies 8/10

great performances from Depp, Bale, and Coutillard(sp). You get cool gunfights, car chases, jail breaks, and bank robberies from Dillinger and his gang. In particular there was an intensely awesome shootout in the Wisconsin woods towards the end of the film... sure, at times the movie feels a little too stiff and rigid for its own good, but ultimately the pros far outweigh the cons. Recommended ;-D

Saw Zach and Miri Make a Porno (6.5/10)

Not bad. Lots of gratuitous nudity, some laugh-out-louds, several other chuckles, but overall the movie lacked mojo.

It was very cool to see two Clerks alumni (maybe three - wasn't sure about the drunk who came in to talk about the Steelers; he could've been Silent Bob). Jay and Donte were very entertaining.

I got duped into seeing The Proposal. Actually kind of funny. Predictable plot but heck how many can you possibly make up.

8/10 because of the scene with Sandra Bullock naked but not showing (covering with body parts). Lets put it this way. She has to shave. ;-) :-)

Saw Ice Age 3 yesterday with my kids. Not too bad. We saw it in 2D, because our 3 year old wouldn't keep the glasses on. Some good laughs, but not Disney/Pixar quality stuff.

Transformers 2 last week, really good awesome SEs. REally hoping Fox would have had at least one string bikini scene on a beach somewhere. Maybe in T3!

with the passing of Robert McNamara, I'd recomend Fog of War. Pretty awesome documentary on his life/the Vietnam War.
