Rush Hour. I'd never gotten around to watching it. Chris Tucker is pretty funny. But what motivated me to post is the revelation of where G-14 Classified came from
Limit-Less - Best movie I've seen since the Fighter and I probably enjoyed it just as much. I'd see it ASAP if I were reading this.
Lincoln Lawyer- Pretty good. I read the book so I knew all of the twists which kind of takes away from it. Well made movie and all my buddies who didn't read the book thought it was really good. See it in theaters if you're bored but definitely catch it on DVD when it comes out.
Flipped on the tv as I was falling asleep last night and Training Day was on. It was near the beginning of the movie, and I wound up watching the whole thing until it ended at 3:30 AM. There were a couple things thrown in that seemed a bit random, but mostly it was extremely entertaining. Definitely a cool movie, especially for my purposes. 7.5/10.

Watching Death Race on FX...DVD on TV. Nice to see the occasional outtakes and "making of" video clips.
So far it has kept my attention. It reminds of the video game Twisted Metal, which was awesome. It helps that Jason Statham is in it. Effects aren't too bad, either.
Saw the Harry Potter finale over the weekend. It was pretty good. As a series I think these movies have done the best job overall of translating large story lines from books to the screen. My overall take on the movie series is quite good. I will enjoy owning them as a set whenever they come out. They seem like winter movies to me, though - maybe because most of the action throughout takes place during the colder months of the school year.
Specifically regarding this movie, there were, again some changes from the book. For the most part they were unnecessary, but not burdensome. Were I a crazy purist like I am with the Lord of the Rings I would probably have disliked them, but such as they were, they were OK. The special effects were appropriate and didn't overwhelm the story, and the characters were well-performed again. If you liked the other Potter movies, you'll like this one.
