I know how to make the basic black borders, but is there any way you could put different colored borders, or other types of borders?

In the photoshop program I use (Jasc paintshop 7) you set your background color to what you want your border color to be and then set your border size.
Another option is to draw a rectangle or whatever and size to your image an fill it with whatever color your choose.
Oh ok, I feel stupid now. Thanks for helping me out!

Basic borders...for Adobe Photoshop. Make a new layer, hit control A to take control of the whole picture, then go to Edit>Fill and make sure it's set to inside...the color and size you can adjust yourself. There's many more complex borders you can make, just search "border" on Good Tuts, the number of tuturials that come up should keep you busy for awhile.
