Two things..

1) Doesn't this mean that the Bills are over the cap?
2) So now do the Browns draft Alex Smith for sure, or Rodgers if he's still available? I guess Derrick Johnson might slip a bit.

I really hope the 49ers move down to the #3 spot and pickup some extra draft picks with this signing. Hopefully Cleveland REALLY wants one of the QBs and the Niners can nab an extra pick in the process.

From the #3 we could trade down again to a team that is desperate for a certain WR. This #1 is not looking so impossible to trade anymore..

i was going to post the exact same thing if no one else did. My first thought when seeing this topic in the forum was...
could it be?
cleveland without a QB?
who do they have left...McCown? i knew something would happen that might bolster the outlook of having the #1 pick overall. Lets hope these positive things continue.
