Thats good news if they actually use it.
The Vikes have had far and away the most cap space in the NFL for the last 3 years.

I knew they were about 30 million under for the past few years. How can they expect to win Mr. McCombs.
Obviously it was only an investment for him and not a plan to make the team good.
