i dont see how this hurts suggs. green is leaving and the browns need another rb to take some carries and to be able to step in if suggs gets hurt

and it wasnt a rbbc, here are top two rb's in carries each week for cleveland last year

week 1: green 22, jackson 4
week 2: green 19, jackson 3,
week 3: green 15, jackson 5
week 4: suggs 22, green 4
week 5: suggs 11, green 3
week 6: green 25, suggs 13
week 7: suggs 15, green 14
week 9: suggs 18, green 8
week 10: suggs 18, no other back carried the ball
week 11: suggs 17, green 8 suggs got injured during game
week 12: green 15, smith 1
week 13: green 12, echemandu 3
week 14: green 11, echemandu 5 green had 15 yards rushing
week 15: suggs 21, green 5
week 16: suggs 38, no other back caried the ball
week 17: suggs 26, green 2

the only weeks that you could say are rbbc are weeks 6,7, 9, and 11. (week 14 green had 15 yards on 11 carries so he stopped getting the ball) week 7 was definitely rbbc, week 6 looks like green couldnt handle any more touches, week 9 is rbbc, and week 11 suggs got hurt. thats 2 games out of 16 that were rbbc. cleveland does not have a rbbc, they just started different backs different weeks last year, and most of that was due to suggs being injured or green being suspended.

Baltimore matched the offer:

Chester Taylor - RB - Ravens

The Ravens matched the one-year, $3 million offer sheet Chester Taylor signed last week with the Cleveland Browns.

It was fun while it lasted. Taylor's 2005 value takes a big hit here. He goes from a potential starter in Cleveland to a superstar's backup in Baltimore. He should still be one of the most valuable fantasy backups in the league. He'll play plenty on third down, and Jamal Lewis has to be considered an injury risk. Mar. 21 - 5:44 pm et
