yes they do as long as you have been a good boy
we (mods and admins) review warnings from time to time and when enough of time has passed and you (not ness you, but those in general who have recieved a warning) may get it removed if it is deserved...

it goes deeper than that. don't insult people. don't be a jerk. no name calling. no cussing. no spamming. etc. no spittin', no swearin' doesn't quite cover it all.
