I think of Konrad as more of a pass catcher than a great blocker. He is adequate at blocking, but definitely not the best.

He'll get a carry or 2 a game probably, but nothing worth noting.

As for Crockett, Turner really didnt use him at all last year as a vulture, so I see no reason he would do it this year (unless it was just the fact that the Raiders never got into position to score on the ground last year :-o ). And in fact, he had Amos in for an entire series, Amos ran it to the 1, then he put in FARGAS to vulture the TD, who proceeded to get hurt on the play of course.

Crockett had that huge string of plays last year, b/c Turner was giving all his RBs a chance. None of them were producing, so he put Crockett in, he did well, and then we never really heard from him again.

Konrad has a ton of injury concerns as long as he can stay on the field then he is a great lead blocker.

Also he came form Miami where I think good ole Norv is very familiar with him.

This will definatly add to Jordan's value as long as Konrad can stay healthy
