Do the losing teams getting Super Bowl rings too?

If so, then it could be Dan Reeves. If I remember right, he won Super Bowls with the Cowboys as a player and assistant coach. He's been to 4 Super Bowls as a head coach but never won any.

Otherwise, the only other one I can think of would be Ditka, as mentioned above. He did win at all three positions.

You have to win the Super Bowl. I think two people have accomplished this feat, and Ditka was the second. I asked for the first to do it though.
