You have to win the Super Bowl. I think two people have accomplished this feat, and Ditka was the second. I asked for the first to do it though.

This is tough Josh...I searched for the last 2 hours and Ditka is the only one I could find. I swear I looked at every super bowl coaches bio and I couldn't find anything. I'm stumped. :-S

I found in one of Ditka's bios that he was the 2nd to do it but I'm finding it tough to find the first.
