ESPNews reports the Houston Texans have released LB Jamie Sharper.

i would nothing more than to return to those glory days with boulware and sharper at OLB and ray lewis at MLB in our renewed 4-3 scheme... but i doubt he will take less money to come back to BAL...

Wow, why did they cut him? He was a solid LB. He would look good in a Vikings jersey though.

Depending on Tedy's situation I would LOVE to see Sharper in NE...heck, regardless of Tedy's situation I would STILL love to see Sharper in NE

I read somewhere today (can't remember, so no linkage) that Kansas City has already brought him in for a meeting and are already discussing a contract... don't remember how credible it was, though.

It'd be great if the 'Hawks could nab him for cheap... but I doubt that'll happen.
