im with prokrastinate....he did drink and drive and kill someone previously. i dont believe he should be drinking and driving AT ALL...even if its 2 beers. if fact....i dont believe he should have ever been able to drive again after what happened...but thats just me....

Yeah, seems to me after killing someone too, he may not want to be drinking period. Let alone driving sober. I think those would be two things I wouldn't want to do much of after something like that.

He has money. Someone else can drive him.
