Yeah, I heard this on ESPNEWS in passing sometime last night...if he's a team player, he'll fit right in with the Patroits. He really hasn't had a good chance to be with a good offense, so it made sense for the Patriots to give him a try.

Of course, the more WR's they bring in, the more undesirable the Patriots WR's become. It may start to look as crowded as last year! :-P

The Pats' experiment with another big WR continues. Donald Hayes didn't work out so well and neither did J.J. Stokes. Hopefully Terrell can snap the streak.

I don't consider Terrell much of a team player, but hey this might be the right situation for him - a good QB and some other weapons around him. Many of his problems have been of his own making though (mainly dropping the ball). I hope the Pats didn't spend too much.

Hmm... Terrell IS from Michigan... I had forgotten this. Maybe he should have gone to Dallas to assist Drew Henson's coming along.

Or maybe not... :-b

Eh. In a WR not-so-rich FA market, the Pats do need some semblance of a receiving corps... so this isn't a bad signing. But I hardly doubt he'll be on my fantasy roster next year.

The David Patten void has been filled. One more year of kick returning for Bethel Johnson. And one more year of FF mediocrity for Pat's WRs... (holding out hope for Deion Branch).

the reason for their mediocrity is because brady passes nearly equally to all of them. If he had a clear cut #1 guy, things would change. But for now, David Givens can get the same numbers as deion branch.

I do think should Branch be able to stay healthy, he will develop into their clearcut #1 guy. Seemed the games was healthy, he was Brady's go to guy. But he had injuries he seemed to fight through during the year.

I too am holding out hope for Branch. Especially as a #3 WR. Would love to see him develop into a decent #2 guy.

If this jerk wad ends up being the 5th former Bear to get a ring thanks to the Pats I'll be so depressed I just might be off football forever. %-6

Terrell could do well if he shuts his mouth and just plays. New England kind of preaches that so maybe it's a good fit.
