and as for perry:

he just suffered a hernia so count him out for most of the season.

the ravens had to go through it with baxter and not only did he sit out for ahwile but it hindered his speed permanently...

I don't recall seeing him being out for most of the season, but he has had a history of hernias.

I have him at the cusp of inside/outside the T-10.

Yeah I remember before last season everyone was scared of Perry and calling Rudi another William Green etc... while I predicted he would put up better numbers than Edge.

Now my major concern is them throwing the ball on the bleepin goal line to bleepin Jeremy Johnson (or whoever that fullback is). Let the bruiser get the TD's!!!!

I don't do my rankings until after the draft but he should definitely be a top ten guy, and yes that schedule can only get easier.

this is true. the o-line means everything here because if you put a fat RB with OK speed like rudi johnson behind a line that doesnt block he never has room to gather that momentum that alows him to blow through tackles...

i think chris perry is a non factor at this point unless johnson gets hurt....and yes, i think rudi is going to be undervalued for sure. i wont hestitate to take him if he falls to me, thats for sure good writeup

I don't recall him saying this was a bad thing. But yes, Rudy is a large RB with decent speed.

he is fat. any runningback like that i call fat. jamal lewis is fat, the bus, duce staley, anthony thomas, rudi johnson, etc... this doesnt mean that cant be good because i am jamal's biggest fan however coupling the fatness (= break tackle) with OK speed and no OL would make for a bad back...
