Tom Silverstein, of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, reports the Green Bay Packers signed free agent S Arturo Freeman (Dolphins) to a one-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

I've always thought this guy was a little underrated. Cheaper than Sharper, maybe not as good, but still a nice pickup by the cap stricken Pack Attack.
