Finger found in Wendy's Chili **update**

I am gonna post this on a new thread cause i am not sure if people were reading my latest update on the original thread


Here's an update on the infamous Wendy's finger in the chili incident...

The lady that found the finger is dropping the case, due to what her lawyer is said was extreme stress involving the matter and she doesn't want to go on with it...

Meanwhile it has been uncovered that they lady has a history of sueing large companies and collecting settlements..

I went from sympathy to rage.. I hate people like this.. they are too lazy to get a real job so they make things up to try to collect money for doing nothing, but lying... I know a few people that I worked with .. most of them when i lived in Florida for 2 years that faked injuries at work, claimed children that weren't theirs and all kinds of other bogus illeagle things for a cheap way to get a lot of money...

Thing is with this lady the investigation will not stop and if she is caught lying she is going to be in a world of hurt and could face some serious jail time....

Another rumor is that her grandma or aunt had recently passed away before the incident, and they are thinking that maybe that is where she got the finger.. If that is true then that is one of the more twisted things that I have heard of in a while

It's pretty obvious that this was a hoax now...any normal person would sue their brains out if this happened to them, she definitely must've put the finger there herself...and to really take a finger off a dead relative...talk about mentally unstable.

Exactly...if you make up a story to attempt to make money, that should be a charge of conspiracy to commit...something...can't really think of what crime that is. It's not really embezzlement, but it's attempting to gain money illegally. Some sort of scam charge maybe?

She will get sued for all kinds of things... Defermation to Wendy's.. Lying.. I'll kinds of things..

I just think it is funny that she is so stupid to think that she could get away with it.. and then that she was dumb enough to think that if she dropped the suit then the investigation would stop.. she deserves everything she gets.

Damn, I meant to update this last week. Yeah, it's apparently a bogus situation. I actually know/have met the manager of the San Jose Wendy's where this occured. I think it was last Thursday night when they found this out.
