That's terrible.

No excuses for the kid being teased though. There's always going to be some jackass that teases you or cuts in front of you in line throughout your entire life...and this is not how you deal with it. For christ's sake, he could've just picked a fist fight with him, but no he went and clubbed him with a goddamn bat. No excuses, this kid has some sick problems.
