I heard some talking head for the espn saying that they are hoping to draw the women who've been watching MNF over to espn. It is hoped that they would then watch espn programming thus creating a broader audience. They are probably hoping that someone will watch WNBA or womens college basketball, since they are stuck with those dogs.
Berman???? I can't even get passed this to comment on Rome. That Berman still has a job shows how out of touch with viewers espn has become. Hey espn, you'd better start asking people outside of your company yes men what the public wants. you are destroying what has been a much needed addition to a TV menu.
