Where can i find LAST year's defensive points?

I'm looking for last year's defensive team points. I'd like to know how many points for the whole year Tampa Bay, etc. got, so I can adjust them for my league.

Any help?

I'd even take a list of projected defensive stats.... and not from Hector and Victor at ESPN.

Calvin - they have all the stats readily available on yahoo. Is that what you mean?

From last year? As in, X defense got an owner X amount of points last year?

cmon now - do a little math on excell. plug the values into a formula. it might take you 10 minutes if your slow.

LOL, despite my graduate degree, I am HORRIBLE with excell. Horrible. That's why I posed this question. Maybe I can give it to one of my interns here at work.
