1994 comes close with the Shawshank Redemption and Pulp Fiction.
Also in 1999, The Green Mile, The Sixth Sense and the Iron Giant. Boy, I can't argue with you, that was a good year. Office Space was great, I got a Swingline stapler for my office after that. Not red, though.

2003 is the year for sure! They had gems like "The cat in the hat" "Gigli", "Malibu's Most Wanted", and lets not forget about the oscar nominated "From Justin to Kelly"!
Yeah, I'd have to agree that 1999 was pretty solid. 1994 was also good, as someone else already mentioned. Don't forget Dumb and Dumber in that year, as well.
