Couldn't find a discussion thread for this league, so picked the most recent active thread. For those who've found had problems accessing the fleaflicker site, they had this to say-

October 30 2012, 05:30 EST Fleaflicker's main datacenter is located in New York City. The flooding caused by Hurricane Sandy has affected our connectivity. We're working around the clock to bring our systems back online. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest updates.

October 30 2012, 16:45 EST Our datacenter is down because the fuel pumps feeding our backup generators are flooded. Servers and generators are not damaged. Building crews are currently working to drain the flooded rooms.

More updates:

As of 5:00 AM Eastern, power
has been restored to our datacenter and we're back online. We'll add more details shortly. Waivers that were set to run Wednesday will now run Thursday for this week only.
