This sounds like something Eagles great Chuck Bednarik would do.

I think Bednarik was the guy that hit golden boy Frank Gifford so hard he left the game for a year and a half. Pretty much ended Gifford's career IMO, and may just explain why he talked in circles on MNF, and married Kathie Lee.
