Were talking about Mexico......I had a company fishing trip in Padre last year. Me and a few guys made a mistake and drove across the border to hit some clubs. 2 minutes after we left the club we got pulled over and had to pay the policia $150.00 to let us go. I guarantee you theres more to that story.
