dude..that guy was wasted
We had someone come in from like the Hospital to show us what happened to some people who drove drunk so that it was make us think before we drive while drunk, or ride with someone drunk. And the lady had a slideshow, and on one of the slides a guy crashed with a .4 blood level, and she was like we are still wondering how he could've started his car, and then even drove it a little ways. I guess like at .3 most people would die. I can't remember what like .2 would be and I am not sure about the .3 one.

That's what she said, she said he had a .4 and that he should've died, but he didn't.
Coomer said the arrest was "very unusual," but Somerset police have arrested others for similar violations, such as riding a bicycle and a lawn mower under the influence.
Maybe I shouldn't get one of those riding lawn mowers..

I read a story on some Russian guy who downed like 50 shots of Vodka in a drinking contest and survived. He got arrested the following morning and the cops thought he was a lunatic. The doctors were clueless what kept him alive, but his BAC level was something like .85, The two other contests dropped dead. Certain people are immune to the poisoning if they've been drinking long enough or something in the genes I guess.
Dwyer told officers that he had consumed about a 12-pack, Coomer said. Dwyer failed sobriety tests, Coomer said, and was charged with operating a vehicle other than a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.
A horse is now considered a "vehicle"? Maybe if a wagon was attached, but be serious! I think cops think up new ways to enforce existing laws just to make it worse on people. I can see it now....
Cop: Your Honor, we truly felt this man was a danger as he could have driven his vehicle into a crowd of school children and seriously trampled them.
Judge: Er, did you just say trample?
Cop: Yessir, he was atop a horse your Honor.
DISCLAIMER:
Before people write complaining that yes, a horse can be very dangerous and can indeed really trample or otherwise injure, I know that. I just hate cops, and take every opportunity to bash one that I conceivably can.
