Not so high in spades. spend most of my time playing in unrated spades touneys in a couple of the leagues. If we rated the games would prolly be somewhere around 2200. sitting around 1900 with what little I play in standard rooms.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.
