Only side note is that I still think that bus driver is way out of line. I mean, come on, he's going to punch a child? If the kid was attacking him and he had to defend himself, then ok. But the driver landed the first punch. Definately wrong

Very true indeed. It's ridiculous that people do these things now. I completely agree with Mercer too. They are also getting caught so much easier with the technology out there like it is (phone cameras, etc)...

Are you really one to say that considering you are jumping into sewage?
well said mercer, i recently began working as a cashier again and its amazing how many kids just openly defy their parents in line and around the store, the other day some little 8 year old kid was yelling four letter words at his mom and she just took it...

that really gets to ya doesnt it swiper
Lol.
I hear kids yelling and cussing at their parents all the time now. I know the parent has to watch disciplining their kids in public but jeez the line has to be drawn somewhere.
God I hate kids. The driver was out of line with where he went with it, but damn, it really makes you think about birth control a whole lot more. If that fails, get an abortion. I was no angel, but the lack of respect these days due to the lack of discipline (or the right to administer discipline) is appalling.
I have a little 2 yo angel and one on the way. I have no tolerance for disrespectful children.
Watch what happens if my 9-10 yo child ever disrespects an elder in that way. I will personally invite that adult into my home and bend my child over my knee personally so that the "busdriver" can have his say on my child's azz.
My children will know to respect thier elders - period.
