Actually, If he said he'd like to kill him, and not that he is going to, it's technically not a threat. Nothing will actually happen to this guy but a ton of harrassment, just like that dude that painted those stamps with the gun pointed at the Prez's head. Likely will get audited every year for the resat of his life though. Still, not a bright thing to do on tape.
