I have seen this before. He doesn't just fall out of the car...he gets hit by another car going in the other direction. He was trying to scare the kids on the bikes or something. I think he sufficiently scared himself trying it. :-B

I think the car is parked, but you can't really tell. Either way, it was obviously on purpose. The door was open and he was like hanging on it. Whatever, he deserves it so it's funny.
