I think the car is parked, but you can't really tell. Either way, it was obviously on purpose. The door was open and he was like hanging on it. Whatever, he deserves it so it's funny.

No, it was moving at like 30 MPH. Notice how its gone almost as soon as it hits him. He was like in the emergency room. They didn't try to do it on purpose. He was trying to slap these kids riding bikes on the back of the head, then he fell and got hit by the other car. Hysterical.
