The rich do not go to jail.
But ... oh ... what about Martha Stewart, EnRon CEOs or for that matter Jamal Lewis?
THAT'S not jail.
That's Mrs McGillicutty putting you in "time out".

My 2 cents, anyway.

I think Jackson will get off. Whether he's guilty or not, the accusers dont have enough credibility to win a he said, she said, type of trial. That's not enough evidence for a jury to by the rules jurors should abide by, convict someone of anything.

Now, personally I think he could be guilty. I'm not sure he did anything, but I wouldnt be surprised if one of his many accusers wasn't lying. More to the point, he's clearly insane, and more than anything his children need to be taken away and put in homes where they won't be in such danger of a nutcase single parent, and he needs to be put into rehabilatation.

i think he walks. at the most he will be convicted of a lesser charge and given probation or community service.

Could you imagine him in real jail? If anyone can think of a better candidate for a jail wife, come forth now. :-b

Of course it does. I realized that typing it, but figured I'd let all the gutter-minds out there read into it what they will ;-)
