Jamal Lewis: Will Miss Start of Training Camp

Update: Lewis will not be allowed to participate in the Ravens' team minicamp next week and will miss the beginning of training camp as well, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Recommendation: The Federal Bureau of Prisons rejected a request by Lewis to be transferred from a halfway house in Atlanta to one in Maryland in order to take part in team activities. Lewis is scheduled to remain at the halfway house until the first week of August and as a result will miss the beginning of the team's summer training camp.

Bah, he probably likes it better that way...he's been working out every day as it is, he is a veteran, and I'm sure the playbook hasn't changed that much. I don't think it will affect him any more than what he's already going through.

The way it's going, I'll be able to pick up SA and Jamal this year and likely grab McAllister as well! I love all these haters out there lately. I know it's all gonna change draft day, but the way everyone is dogging these three guys, you would think they were talking about Rashaan Salaam, Ron Dayne and Kijana Carter!

i just went to the toolbox and generated a list to my leagues scoring and they have lewis 19th. behind tatum bell, chris brown and evryone else. that's just crazy.....right?

For some reason I doubt you'd be able to get Jamal with 2.11 and then Deuce with 3.02.
