Rogers makes a great late round draft steal. Us FF guys are pretty notorious for undervaluing guys due to injury history. Granted, this is kind of a unique situation (two "fluke" broken collar bones, two lost seasons), but I see Rogers emerging by mid-season into a solid #2/#3 WR option on your fantasy team.
Joke all you want, but he still possesses all his amazing talent, and has to know Mooche's offense about as well as anybody. What the hell else are you going to do on the sidelines but watch and study?

I wouldn't say late. Hes going in about the 8th or 9th round, which is expected for a #3, and he really hasn't proven anything in the NFL yet. Hes pretty much hype right now.
