Printer Trouble, Need Help!

I have a Lexmark Printer and when I go to print my resume it is now cutting the top of some of the lines off or it will cut the middle of the line out. Any Advice?

Hmm, maybe your ink cartridge head needs cleaned. Is there a "clean" feature in the printer software? If there is, I'd try that.

I had to install a printer Sat. morning at work, and I had to clean the ink heads like 6 or 7 times to get them to show up right.

That did not work. It is still cutting out the tops of some lines and the middle of others. I think it is the stupid program I have. Does anyone know where I can download a writing program that is not
.wps format. This program sucks because I can not upload anything because no one takes .wps format.

Yeah, I can see your dilemma. Is that Word Perfect that you're using? I haven't used that program since I was in 12th grade ('96).

I don't know of any other word processing programs that you can just get for free. Try CNet downloads or something...then there is always one of the P2P programs where you could get one of the big boys...but I didn't tell you about it.

Is there any way you can find a computer with Word or even maybe Microsoft Works that you can just cut and paste your document into?

Check your formatting in the word document. If all else fails put it on a disk and take it to kinkos and print it on some really fancy paper

Ya, it is word perfect

The program sucks. I solved it by going to my sisters house and getting her microsoft word disc and loading it into my computer. I should have done that a long time ago. Thanks everyone.
